Monologue
Description
A voice typing and notes app from Every Media, Inc. You speak, and the text appears at your cursor: Monologue cleans up slips, makes lists on its own and adjusts formatting to the app you are in. In code editors it looks at the surrounding code to get file names and technical terms right.
Voice notes are transcribed, summarized and synced across devices. On Mac, meetings are recorded without a bot: the app captures your microphone and system audio. It recognizes more than 100 languages. On Mac, transcription works offline with local models, but smart formatting and syncing need a connection. AI assistants can reach your notes through MCP, an API and a command-line tool.
It runs on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and features differ by device.
