An AI image upscaler. The desktop app for Linux, macOS and Windows is free and open source: it upscales images up to 16x with a choice of models, can process several images in one go and can upscale an image twice. There is also Upscayl Cloud, which works with credits and adds face enhancement, detail recovery and AI image generation.
